The villa is protected by its own luxuriant park, rich in rare and secular and exotic essences. that create a setting of great privacy and enchant any guests. Long cobblestone paths cross immense cushions of azaleas, rhododendrons, camellias and meet wonderful streams coming from the mountain.
The surface of the park is about 9000 square meters, with a lakefront of over 400 linear meters. From the park you can access an enchanting private beach and a private pier. The boats can then be admitted to the private dock.
The villa is architecturally built in a soft and elegant Art Nouveau style and is spread over four floors plus a fifth in a turret. and is in excellent maintenance condition. At the end of the 1980s it underwent a major restructuring and restoration, keeping in evidence every historical and artistic value of value. The distribution of the interiors is rational, a large living room with a wonderful veranda decisively characterizes the ground floor together with a large dining room, and a large entrance.

@@maidmarion2976 Euscorpius italicus, Euscorpius alpha and Euscorpius germanicus. Sorry to alarm you, but when I travel to other regions outside my home, I first get informed what will expect me, and I always expect that from others as well. I seem to be wrong, as not everyone is afraid of spiders like I am. I have had "Italicus" in the living room of my vacation home a view times; as I said, I am afraid of spiders, and "Italicus" doesn't make it any better, since it penetrates skin. It will not kill you, but the sting is supposed to be painful and causes swelling. I saw a photo of a dog snout, which got stung and it looked like a balloon. The other two scorpions seem to be too small to sting humans. I brought along old leather gloves from home, which I use to handle wood, plants or other conspicuous things. That protects my hands and of course, I don't walk barefoot.
