An amazing in depth video, where you got 'to see' not imagine what both the outside gardens and the inside interior looked like. I adore this property. Simplistic and homely. The mature gardens are incredible. But the price? Nothing? Even after I followed through on your link, nothing? Pity.

Como is pretty chilly most of the year, so I'm sure most don't see the benefit for a couple of months. Plus, you have the lake if you want to take a dip.

This looks more like a boutique hotel than a palazzo. The grounds are beautiful, especially being on the lake, but the interior desperately needs updating. I'm sure they are asking a few million.

The water side terrace looks onto a big swimming pool of a neighbor, the north side they don't show. I bet you can do something about it, like blocking that view or demanding more privacy measures from that neighbor. It's a lovely house anyway. The village I dunno about, better check that out. 🍺 Edit: It is detached and set back but is very close to the neighbor and his access way on the north side. It looks like they had to sell part of the grounds to that neighbor at some time.
