It’s fascinating to see how many individuals overcompensate with plastic surgery. In Invanka’s case, her natural nose was a bit prominent and so she went to the extreme in making it so tiny it doesn’t seem to fit her face anymore. Her chin was a bit weak and so she continues on this mission to strengthen it even as most people would probably agree it’s much too exaggerated now. Personal insecurities can be ingrained so deeply that even when the “issue is corrected” (obviously there was nothing actually wrong in the first place) some people will never be comfortable with that feature.

Most people lose buccal fat naturally in their 30s, especially if they are slim. It is EXTREMELY rare that a thin woman in her 30s and older would need a buccal fat removal procedure…if anything, that’s when they start to look gaunt and they either try to gain abit of weight to look younger, or get filler injections.

The chin implant and nose job transformed her face entirely and made her very attractive. Face wise, she had no business modelling before the surgeries, her mid and lower face prevented her from being anything more than passably cute, at best, with youth alone giving an advantage. She did have the height and a nice figure. With additional dental work/veneers and further tweaks to her nose and jaw she became very beautiful.

Excellent analysis as usual, beautiful Lori.. I would guess that along with the recent facelift, to me that looks like a new chin implant and jaw work . The projection is very strong and much more defined and projected than her previous chin and jaw work. A talented surgeon would choose to do implants over that large amount of filler, especially for such a high profile client. It has a much more natural result than to keep adding filler which seemed to make her a little bulky in the previous years. She looks lovely and very beautiful. However, I liked her with a smaller chin.

At 9:38 she was absolutely gorgeous. One rhinoplasty and a small chin implant was all she needed, imho. At that time she had a really exotic look. Just beautiful!

I think Lorry nailed it here. Imo Ivanka had cultivated a great look at 21. No further need to reduce the nose, enlarge the chin, cheeks, etc. I prefer her natural hair color, looked stunning w/darker hair, has a great hairline too. She looked better before the recent series of changes and fwiw, she seems unhappy, maybe was trying to cheer herself up.

I was going to disagree initially when you mentioned her tech neck lines as I have had those since I was 18 or 19 but I do agree about the filler or something being done. It makes her nasolabial folds oddly more prominent. I have a friend who has gone overboard with filler in her cheeks, chin, jaw and lips and it does not look good over the years. Initially it looked great for a few years. Her face looks more saggy and the tissue hangs down. It’s not a great look. I think she would’ve looked better if she didn’t do it but of course it’s her decision!
