I find it fascinating to watch your progression videos. Amazing that people feel so pressured to stay looking as young as they can, even when the results get weirder and weirder. I just couldn't, even though I missed my youthful looks, I feel pretty lucky that I always took great care of my skin, and neither of my parents ever had many wrinkles.

I find Simon Cowell completely unattractive, filler isn't going to change that. If he grew slightly longer hair however, that would help. Maybe I just really dislike his haircut. Maybe he reminds me of someone who treated me badly in the past. That's also an influence on liking. I don't envy these people the pressure on their appearance.

I'm somehow not surprised to learn that Paul Rudd's insanely timeless face is pretty much just naturally, genetically, emotionally and physically blessed--for once, someone gets rewarded for being a mensch with a good lifestyle! (Also he may have a portrait hidden in the attic doing his aging for him, but that's neither here nor there.) Happy to see Ryan Gosling not futzing too much with his charming face. He's someone who's really grown into his age--though still looking a solid decade younger than his years. Finally, I'm actually surprised that DiCaprio's had a pretty natural progression too; I'd've expected more vanity to be in play with someone who was lauded for boyish looks for so long. It's gotta be difficult for all these people who earn much of their livelihoods to being character types, where age or health issues that affect their looks can change the course of their future career prospects. Historically, it's been more of a problem for women, but obviously men in the late 20th & now 21st centuries are under nearly equal scrutiny. I'd be very curious about Sting (the singer). He's notorious for healthy living and I'm wondering how much of his still handsome face is the result of genes, diet, skin care and/or some surgical/nonsurgical assistance.

poor Simon; I actually thought that he was seriously ill when I saw these pictures -- I sincerely hope he is not. Whatever they did, the end result distorted his eyes AND his eyebrows. it's interesting to watch these sort of videos, but I have nothing but compassion for those who have "lost their face" so to speak. I can't imagine how horrifying it is to not recognize yourself and to then just have to just deal with it & get on with it - because it's probably UNLIKELY that even a very skilled surgeon can restore them to resemble their former selves.

I feel like some of the biggest things in keeping people looking young are genetics, not smoking, drinking, or doing drugs, and good sun protection. Genetics can give you a massive advantage but those things are well known for drastically aging you, so if you mess around with them even the best genes may not be able to save you.

Zac Efron was so naturally gorgeous. What he did to his face is very upsetting to see because it was all unnecessary. I know he blames that oversized jaw on a freak accident and injury, but his lips have filler and it just looks like a botched jaw surgery. I haven't seen a single plastic surgeon who's covered his transformation say they believe his story. They all lean towards surgery.

I have received Sculptra, and early on, I got a fairly large lump in the side of my chin under the lip area. The injector put in filler dissolver (which does NOT work on Sculptra, didn't know that at the time) this created a large natural fat loss in that area that I've been battling since. I still have the collagen lump from the Sculptra, which doesn't show when it's plumped up enough, but the fat loss has created a massive double marionette line, I believe it's called, since the lump is under the lip. It's terrible. Avoid the filler dissolver at all costs!!

Sculptra is not recommended in areas like around the eyes or mouth, there are other biostimulators indicated for these areas...

I understand why public figures want to push back aging, their face is part of their brand. This is in particular a thing for actors and actresses whose 'look' may play a big part in how they get hired (note: diversify people, the more genres/looks you have, the less you are stuck as a romcom queen or square jawed action star). What I don't understand is why they don't go to the very best doctors money can buy. Also, less is more. I think some of them become psychologically dependent. It's like a bit of body dysmorphia sets in. To them, they think every procedure is an improvement, and don't see the slow disintegration of how they look.

He’s likely missing a tooth or had one removed and the rest were shifted over. ..happened to me before I got my braces as a teen. Still have a shift, but it’s not as bad as Tom’s!

Christiano Reynaldo would be my idea of what a handsome man looks like. Maybe he hasn't done any cosmetic work. This is all speculative, anyway. Maybe he's just good looking. But I also think a lot of what we like in looks comes down to coloring. This is never mentioned in these videos. I prefer darker looking people, so I would always prefer someone like Christiano Reynaldo with his darker looks to Ryan Gosling with his weaker, in my opinion, lighter looks. But overall, there's too much emphasis on looks. I try to appreciate all looks, even if they're very different from mine or my preferences. Even if people are bald or heavy or hairy. My mother died at age 80 and didn't have a wrinkle on her face. And I don't remember ever seeing a wrinkle on any of her five siblings either. I'm now 76 and I don't have wrinkles either. Some other women hated me for it and for my slimmer body type, but there's really nothing you can do about it. I never did anything to make these things happen. That's just how I am and you have to accept what you look like, and what others look like, as well. Many people probably didn't choose to be heavier either. That's just the way they are. They might even eat a loss less than I do.

Natural ageing is better. Water is the key, I think. It helps to keep the skin supple. These people are under the spotlight, have lots of money and no sense. If they look like they are ageing, that are dropped into oblivion. But, the change is so obvious, and they go away from how they would have looked if they were not celebrities.

Stragely enough, the downward eyes were more or less symmetrical. After the blepharoplasty and other procedures around that same area, he ended up having totally asymmetrical eyes and brows. It's pretty scary and unnatural.
