With the part where you were concerned the dance break wasn't in the Spotify/album version. Generally, the pattern I've noticed is, if the dance break has vocals on it like Love Dive does then that's part of the actual album version of the song. But if it's a dance break that is instrumental only, like say the dance breaks in On by BTS or Bicycle by Chung Ha for example. Then that is usually a dance break that is only for the music video.
