4:20 why the car’s driver didn’t slow down when motorcycle approach?? Even the motorcycle was wrong, it’s seems car’s driver did with intent and blame the motorist.

Tbh I agree bc you could clearly see the motorcycle heading to the other lane yet the driver didn’t slow down at all like what???

Car didn't slow down because the person didn't think the idiot would skip lanes and go directly in front of it. If I were the driver, I'd have assumed the guy is doing a standard right turn and will continue on the closest lane. With that, there is less than half a second to react after leaving the right lane. You can see it by how quick the car stops and also hear that the driver brakes around the time the biker crosses the dashed lines.

I sort of agree with that but I would say that more for the last one cause other cars stopped when they saw the motorcycle person was driving in the direction but this car that hit them was the last to sort of arrive yet didn't have enough time to slow down when others that were really close did have enough time. Obviously still fault of the motorist.

dashcams also tend to be wider angle so they show a wider FOV then what the driver would see, though i think that motorcycle should still able to see as other cars did see it, but need to know the height and position of the driver (since it is a truck)

Malaysia road authorities agency not land road agency for sure ,they throw it like bump it harder in angry mode with serious , helmet old style like legendary set crash heavily .
