This is one of my favorite songs, and I debated covering it in Japanese, because I don't really understand the meaning, so the lyrics aren't super accurate to the translation I referenced, because I didn't have much of an interpretation to go off of, but I still think they came out pretty good.

OH SNAP THIS SONG MOST LIKELY IS ABOUT THE BOMB DROPPINGS OF NAGASAKI AND HIROSHIMA! What gives it away the most Is the ivory glint or whatever. That's infact the color of the explosion. And only knowing how to trace the walls.... When people were disintegrated on sight by the blast their silhouette stained and traced walls that were still upholding. Trees were usually set a blaze and of course it'll seem more spacious as the place was blown to bits. and it only happened because Japan wouldn't give way, or anything. That's what I think tbh.

Aw thank you, this is such a nice comment! I actually use garageband to help pick out harmonies. I just kind of use the musical typing feature and figure it out by ear as I go, and it's really helped a lot so if that's something you have access to I would definitely give it a try!

@@MayliSong The musical typing is basically just a piano roll matched up with your keyboard. If you have a mac you should have garageband built in already. I don't know of any alternatives to it for windows, but I'm sure they're out there

Ok so like- seeing a few translations of this song i think it might be about someone who either has a terminal illness or fatal injury. im leaning towards injury, as maybe they got hurt in a fire hence all the symbolism and mentions of arsonists.
