Happy October! I LIVE for this month of spoopiness, so of course I had to throw something out there. I suppose a song involving vampire!Rin hunted by priest!Len will do the trick? :^))
As always, Hitoshizuku × Yama△ deliver an absolute masterpiece. I've kind of jumped in at the end of this story, but do check out Sister’s ∞ mercY as well! I'm thinking about also doing lyrics for that one too, just to complete the set :')

I love the duality of the black outfit. The outfit makes you think he's the vampire because it's black which we commonly associate with evil and monsters. What we forget is that black is the colour of a preacher, a man of the church, or more commonly, exorcists. Brilliant. Also I know you didn't make the animation but is just needed to point out that cool fact. Your singing is excellent.

I wouldn't say a preacher. A Priest is more accurate. Preachers are usually more Protestant, Priests tend to be catholic, and I only see preachers wearing black when they're at a funeral. The preacher in my church tends to wear brown.

While a vampire not having a reflection technically wouldn't make them invisible if viewed in a reflective surface...well, not unless they were completely naked. Their clothes _AREN'T_ vampires (unless it's a "actually naked because the "clothes" are skin situation but I kinda doubt that) and so their clothes _WOULD_ presumably show up in the mirror (or in this case his eye reflection) it's just that they would appear to be floating because the person wearing them wouldn't be seen. My best guess as to why this usually isn't the case in media is mainly because A. People don't want the vampires to be naked (or at least not _ALL_ the time....looking at you spicy vampire pictures) so they have them in clothes and just make it so that the clothes are invisible as well....and B. For convenience purposes and/or because the fact that the clothes wouldn't be invisible just didn't cross their mind. So yeah, it would totally make sense for her _CLOTHES_ to be in the reflection, it's just her _BODY_ that wouldn't be in it.

Y’know, I’ve listened to this song quite a few times before, but after coming back to listen after not doing so in a hot minute, I realized something that I didn’t before. At 2:31 , we see a glimpse of the townsfolk in reaction to the detective talking to them, presumably about the vampire based on how tense they all look. Notice the older man on the left side. If you’ve seen the music video for the song that Vampire’s Pathos acts as a sequel to, Sister’s Mercy, you might recognize him as the farmer who’s frustrated by the lack of rain. I realized that the reason why I probably didn’t notice him before is because of how the villagers are stylized in the Sister’s Mercy video in comparison to the twins. At first, I just appreciated as a nice bit of consistency between the two videos, but then I started thinking: since we know from this video that Rin is the villain of the story, how much can be believed of Sister’s Mercy? Seeing how Rin is a vampire disguising herself as a sister “saving” people, it’s very well possible that SM could be her exaggerating the story to the listener in order to make herself sound more like a hero. Y’know, wiping out a village of horrible, greedy people Noah’s Ark style, despite the fact that, while it is true that the majority of humanity can act very greedy at times, very rarely are you likely to come across an entire community of people where every single person acts that way, and especially where there’s seemingly not a single that don’t end up feeling any sort of regret or guilt about their greed. After all, people usually aren’t that completely black and white. This is communicated in the music video as well, specifically with how the villagers, as previously mentioned, are all stylized, specifically in a way that makes them all seem far more grotesque than the “pure” Rin. However, here in Vampire’s Pathos, we see that in reality, they’re just regular people. What I think happened is that Rin is recounting the tale of another village she went to “save” to these villagers, exaggerating the parts about using the tea god’s powers to wipe everything out in an act to “purify” it to try and scare these villagers into being subservient to her to try and avoid ending up the same way. Y’know, in the same way a corrupted priest might talk about hell in order to scare people into doing anything they ask in order to avoid ending up there. Maybe I’m overthinking all of this, but considering the small attentions to detail in this video (such as how, at 2:42 , Rin doesn’t appear in the reflection in Len’s eyes due to being a vampire), I think there could be some truth to that hypothesis!

Maybe half vampire (There is the one part at 0:53 you do see a fang.) plus he has way better eyesight then the humans. and at the end of the sister's mercy video he has dark circles around his eyes that is vampire like. (That or he is just really tired.) Also, that part where he goes in for the kill no human can jump that far down and not be in some kind of pain. And he could have been chasing after her for centuries and knew he needed to show proof that she is not who people think she is when you think of all the modern day science. I think it would be kinda hard to convince someone that the nun you just killed was a vampire.
