I LOVE these girls. I don't know how these shows work or if what they're told exactly what they'll be doing in advance: so whether they were prepared for this by Starship or just had the knowledge that it is offensive, either way, they completely avoided the stereotypical "war cry" noise in the original Boombayah by making other hyped up noises. I'm not mad at Blackpink for it - but I'm _* very proud*_ of IVE for _not_ doing it. ... and before anyone asks, yes I am part indigenous and also black. My concern for kpop treating other cultures with respect and sensitivity comes from a genuine place. That's why I found this notable and worthy of commendation.
