Are we allowed to include the same reference two times? I know you mentioned quickly that it was possible but I'm just wondering if it's a good idea

Yess it's definitely possible if they're involved in both of your activities, for ex: your soccer coach that is also your club supervisor. Just make sure they have a good understanding of what you accomplished and can back up what you wrote!

However, if there's someone else that can back up your activity better, maybe write them. For example: Sam is your club leader but assistant soccer coach. Then maybe use Sam as reference for club activity and the head soccer coach as reference for soccer team, u know?
