Hi.. All the information in this vedio was helpful except one. About chicken wht u said is wrong. This misconception is need to clarify. The antibiotics which is in chicken wil not stay in their body. And the so called hormones is not going to affect female or male hormones. Understand, the growth hormnes are soo expensive. In chicken,the antibiotics and growth hormones is using based on the body weight of the chix. U can't give overdose to increase the growth. As u kw dr will ask ur kids wt before prescribing antibiotics to decide the dose. And again it is not going to affect anyone who consume the chix meat.

This is another study: "The amount of hormone that enters a person's bloodstream after eating hormone-treated meat is small compared with the amount of estrogen a person produces daily. However, even low levels of hormones can have strong effects on some body processes." When we do treatment with hormones, its better not to mess with it with other hormones. Different people have different levels of tolerance for medicines and/or hormones. So better to stay away from chicken during this time. 2 doctors specifically asked me to stay away from it during my treatment.
