इस विडीओ में आज डॉक्टर जय मेहता, IVF क्या है और कैसे किया जाता है, IVF की टेक्नीक्स के बरेमें जानकारी देते है।
IVF-इन विटरो फ़र्टिलिज़ेशन (In vitro Fertilisation); यह शब्द में पूरी प्रोसिजर का मतलब है। शरीर के बाहर कि हुई कोई टेक्नीक को इन विटरो (In Vitro) कहते है और शरीर के अंदर की हुई टेक्नीक को इन वीवो (In Vivo) कहते है। इन विटरो फ़र्टिलिज़ेशन मतलब मेल गैमेट और फ़ीमेल गैमेट का फ़्यूज़न जो शरीर के बाहर लैबोरेटरी में होता है।
इन विटरो फ़र्टिलिज़ेशन को समझने केलिए पहले प्रेग्नन्सी की नैचरल प्रसीजर जानना ज़रूरी है।
आगे इस विडीओ में डॉक्टर कहते है कि sperms ये मेल केलिए और ovum ये फ़ीमेल केलिए रीप्रडक्टिव गैमेट है। हर महिला के शरीर में फ़र्टिलिज़ेशन का प्रसीजर फैलोपीयन ट्युब (fallopian tube) में होता है।
अगर स्पर्मस, यूटरस, फैलोपीयन ट्युब और एग्ज़ में कोई भी प्रॉब्लम आती है जिसकी वजहसे नैचरल प्रेग्नन्सी नहीं हो तभ IVF techniques का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
अंत में डॉक्टर कहते है कि लैबोरेटरी में स्पर्मस और एग्ज़ को फ़्यूज़ कारनेकेलिए २ टेक्नीक्स होते है-IVF और ICSI. इस प्रसीजर के बाद जो एम्ब्रीओ बनते है उसको इंक्युबेटर में रखा जाता है और उसके बाद कोई भी महिला के अंदर उसको प्लांट किया जाता है। ये टेक्नीक्स बहोत सेफ़ है और इससे बच्चे भी स्वस्त पैदा होते है।
