IVF में ovum pick up से पहले कौन सी सावधानी लेनी चाहिए? | Ovum Pick up Procedure |Dr Supriya Puranik

इस वीडियो में Dr Supriya Puranik , हमारे इस IVF सीरीज में IVF में ovum pick up से पहले कौन सी सावधानी लेनी चाहिए? (Ovum Pick up Procedure) इस बारेमें बताने वाली है।
Couple ने बेबी conceive करने का decision ले लिया है और अब hormonal injections लेना शुरू होगया है। किसी में १० दिन में अंडे बनते है , किसी के १२ दिन में बनते है तो किसी के १६ दिन में बनते है। जब eggs बड़े हो जाते है यनेके जब follicles 18-20 mm हो जाते है तब डॉक्टर महिलाओ को अंडे mature होने के लिए एक final injection देते है जो काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है। यह injection रातमे दिया जाता है ताकि 34-36 घंटे के बाद doctor अंडे निकालने की प्रक्रिया , यनेकी Ovum pickup plan कर सके। यह injection center पे या घर के नजदीकी अस्पताल से भी ले सकते है। इस injection को रात में सही वक्त में लेना बोहोत आवश्यक है अगर यह वक्त पर नहीं लिए तो अंतिम अंजाम बिघड जाता है।
Ovum pick up procedure के तीन या चार दिन पाहिले पति को ejaculation करना चाहिए। क्योकि ovum pickup के दिन semen sample देना पड़ता है। Ovum Pickup के एक दिन पाहिले डॉक्टर antibiotics की मात्रा , पेट साफ़ होने की दवा आपको देते है , जो महिलाओ को लेनी है उसके साथ ही साथ अपने fresh blood reports भी लेने होते है। अगर महिलाओ की उम्र ज्यादा हो तो डॉक्टर आपको fresh ECG और chest x-ray करने की भी सलाह देंगे।
Egg retrieval के लिए महिलाओ को खाली पेट आना है यनेके midnight से खाना या पीना भी नहीं है क्योकि इसमें anesthesia दिया जाता है। Patient को हॉस्पिटल में सही समय पे आना है ताकि pre procedures कर सके Operation से पहले patient को washroom हो आना है ताकि पेशाब की थैली खाली रहे। Procedure के वक्त अपने fresh reports साथ में रखे। Ovum Pickup के दो घंटे पहले महिलाओं को अस्पताल में आना है। Ovum pick up procedure के दिन पति को अपना semen sample देना पड़ता है लेकिन अगर उनको Azoospermia हो तो doctor उनकेलिए उसी दिन TESA का procedure भी प्लान करते है। अगर ऐसा है तो आपके साथ और एक इंसान होना चाहिए जो consent देता है।
हॉस्पिटल में जाते वक्त साफ़ होक जाइये,perfume या deodorant बिलकुल नहीं लगाना है ,क्युकी उसके Smell से gamet पे बुरा असर पड़ता है। अपनी jewelry भी घरपे रखिये उसके साथ ही साथ nail paint भी ना लगाइये। अगर आप contact lens का इस्तमाल करते हो तो वो भी घरपे रख्खके आइये।
अगर महिला कोई मेडिसिन ले रही हो जैसे की thyroid , blood pressure या heart , तो वह medicine पानी के घूंट के साथ सुबह लेना है। पर diabetes की दवाई अपने doctor से पूछके लेनी है और डॉक्टर को बताना है की आप कितना insulin लेते हो कोनसी diabetic की दवा ले रहे हो तो डॉक्टर आपको बता देंगे की ये दवा खाली पेट लेनी है या नहीं।
Egg pickup की प्रक्रिया १५-२० मिनट तक चलती है , यह प्रक्रिया बिलकुल painfree रहती है (Is egg retrieval for IVF painful?)। यह प्रक्रिया ख़तम होने के बाद डॉक्टर आपको घर जानेकी सलाह देते है। यह एक day care प्रक्रिया है जिसकेलिए आपको ५-६ घंटे हॉस्पिटल में रहना पड़ता है। यह procedure के बाद कभी कभी महिलाओ को हल्का सा दर्द हो सकता है।

behosh karke egg collection hota hai. Surgery k baad halka ghar ka khana khayen. Electral ya namak chini paani ghol k lete rehna. Dehydration mat hone dena. 3 din apne office se leave le lena aur ghar pe araam karna. Dawai time pe lena aur stress mat lena. Agar pain zyada badhne lage Kam hone k bajaye toh fauran doctor ko bolna ya bleeding zyada hone lage toh b batana doctor ko. Insha Allah sab sahi hoga aur hum sabke pass apni apni aulaad hogi. Aur Haan, stress mat lena khush rehna aur healthy khana khate rehna 🤍 Most of the times they give twilight anesthesia, a powerful but short anesthesia. You will not feel any pain while they're collecting your eggs. After the surgery, you will pain in your abdomen and possibly rectum area for 1-2 days. Slowly the pain will go away. And if you have bleeding, it will be very little like a light period.

Nahi koi problem nahi honi chahiye. Jin ladies k anday theek se badh nahi pate toh unke injections ko bhi beech me stop karna pad jata hai. Phir doosre cycle chalana pad jata hai.
