What of people that had ectopic history.. What cause ivf failure

I had a ectopic pregnancy and my ivf was successful fist time

But pregnancy and live birth rates are still lower in women with previous c-section compared to those without, even if there are no scar defects?

Still needs more study but no. The live birth rates in women with a previous C/S without isthmocele and those with a history of vaginal delivery were similar
