Hi Harrison. Thank you for your question. I'm personally not an advocate of strumming patterns. The best advice I can give you is to listen to the rhythm of the track you are learning and get your strumming hand to try and replicate it. You could also try slowing down the video and watching my strumming hand. Ivor
