Ivy League vs "Red vs Blue" (several days before the Battle of Aldrat)

Red vs. Blue wardeced the UNI, didn't even bother to go through the process to make it mutual. This means there will be targets for both sides, lots of lost ships, and many fights! Thanks to RvB for wardecing us and bringing the uniblob back, and bringing the fights.
Anyways, this is two engagements from May 11, where we found RvB fleets. I am flying a logistics cruiser in the logistics wing, so while you can see the fleets, you can't really see the primaries or how fast we took them down. I was more concerned about keeping people alive.
Mistakes I made:
1) Repping the Merlin while the Armageddon was burning down. The profitable damage on the Armageddon (dps - reps) was acutally pretty low, and my fourth rep might have just doubled or tripled his life span, if not let his shields go all the way back up.
2) If you watch the second fight, I forgot to turn my tank on ;O!!!!!111!1!1111 OMG WTF I am such a noob!!!!! I deserved to be killed and podded for that.
The graphics on the first engagement have some not uncommon bug where torpedo explosions and other translucent effects don't actually end up translucent.

Lastly, as much as I joke that logis should get credit on killmails, I did manage to get on 4 killmails with those ECM drones. I also love keeping people alive so much more than killing them. :)

I would recommend clearing your broadcast window on occasion. It always helped me tell when there was new people to rep..

Oh, it was a very fun fight and could have gone either way. It's just that it was hard to not reply to those two, both the arrogant one and the full-of-rage one. :)

@@TheEDFLegacy I don't have a whole lot, no. At that time, recording video took a lot of hard drive space, and since screen recordings were not really mainstream at the time, there were also concerns related to OPSEC when recording and posting videos.

First - there aren't that many 5 mill SP new players flying in that 89 person fleet. I recongnize a lot of those names. Second - this isn't the Aldrat battle - note the system names. This is a smaller fleet running around "cleanup" style. Third - I agree. We didn't agree to this war for "good fights". The posts about killing our POS as the harassment goal; the OOC reppers, etc... Yeah - at that point, it's no different than an Orphanage/Privateers wardec. Respect and such takes a powder.
