I mean if I was trying to sleep right now I don’t think they’d matter much. But I like ASMR sometimes just to wind down from the day and I have to say while it’s well done and calming it’s also pretty hilarious because it’s like ASMR plus something from the bad lip reading channel. The subtitles are wildly inaccurate, and it simultaneously makes for good comedy along with the calming effect.
