Hi Joe, this is a pre-production press watch from IWC that has lived a hard life. These watches sometimes get into the hands of clueless fashion editors, mainstream media, and trade show attendees who are less sympathetic to the machinery than I am. Chances are, somebody from Access Hollywood or Vogue damaged the watch at SIHH or during the timepiece's trip to media around the country. Best, Tim
