I’m glad the kc voice com reveals has at least somewhat changed the narrative on the team bc really what more can Bo do? He’s not always right but his first language is Chinese and he’s still better at communicating than just team of lec “vets”

The thing is that some of his calls are correct but then people say the opposite thing. In the game against giantX he calls to give drake and take mid turret, but then Saken just gives the wrong info that akali has no TP and so upset calls to fight drake( which is correct assuming akali has no tp, but that information was wrong). The issue isn’t even Bo’s English because it’s actually perfectly fine and you can understand it fine once you get used to the accent, the issue is the fact that they are never on the same page. One guy says “ play slow” and another guy just hard engages right after. They also don’t plan things in advance. They should be planning how to approach the drake way earlier, but they are doing it all on the fly( which could work if they were in sync, but because they aren’t it’s a disaster )

The only veteran here is upset. Targa is on his 3rd LEC team. He's not a rookie anymore but certainly not a veteran as well and it looks like he's not gonna become one. Saken is a rookie. Cabo maybe counts as a veteran but he hasn't been in the LEC for a decade so I wouldn't even count him in.

This sounds exactly like the leaked Excel voice comms last year, a jungler that tries to cover the complete lack of communication from his supp. While the bot is dysfunctional for the same reason and the team fights seem unplayable. Imo Bo is getting the same treatment as Xerxe, that is the fact that playing with Targa makes you look like a 10 times worse jungler. Hopefully his carreer doesn't get fucked over like Xerxe's.

@@AsmeowdeuZz There's no need to go mid - the wave state is neutral and 4 members of the enemy team are dead with enemy mid and bot not respawning for min 14 seconds. The wave is already nearly to bot turret, it really wouldnt take long to kill the turret plus there's not even a fight around baron until 1 min later at which point VIT already had jg control anyway. And the tp top is just to defend the turret, maybe get a kill - giving this turret allows VIT to have more threat when fighting baron. The only debate is whether it's worth investing tp for the turret or save it for nash splitpush threat.

Bo actually tried really hard to learn better English for LEC, he's very fluent for someone who's only learned it as an actual speaking language for 2 or 3 years. He is definitely over aggressive at times but for the people saying he's trash or overrated should kind of understand what him and upset are being subjected to with such a quiet supp. If they get trymbi (who is very vocal and a proven positive point of his team's) I think they could turn things around. Saken is...serviceable and Cabo is...he's not gonna win you the game but he can play tanks and is *mostly* stable in lane. Probably still the worst top in the league but. 😅

Okay I'm being completely serious right now. Targamas needs to be looked into. The amount of times he agrees to a play, then does the opposite or just ignores calls is so high it can't just be him playing bad. Like when Bo says 'play slow' he seems to take that as the signal to go in as if he wants the enemy team to have the best chances to win the fight. It doesn't look any different from what the Chinese Mid Jungle on that polish team did and they are being investigated now. Only difference is they started playing sus towards the end of the game when they saw that their team was winning and Targamas is just playing like that from minute 1. There is simply no way he is so bad that he can't even play right when getting micromanaged by Bo and Upset to the point where they tell him exactly what button to press. I mean put any Gold player in there and he will do better just by listening to the calls and doing what he's told.

There's been a clear ordering on the comms between week 1 and 2. Upset is no longer trying to lead and has clearly been put in "focus on adcing, we'll deliver the calls to other roles". Bo has become the main shotcaller, even though he's not a native English speaker. Cabo is much more active and giving clear information so Bo can make better decisions. Saken is there, he is in the game. And I think I didn't miss anyone. It's strange they play with 4 players, but... Wait, Targamas is on this team???? Since when???? Is he not on stage?????

The play at 42:00 shows another issue with Saken, so often he just makes up his own mind as to what he wants to do and ignores everything anyone else says. They're all saying to kill Ksante to protect Upset, yet Saken keeps saying "Jarvan Jarvan", like bro, just drop your package ontop of upset to knock Ksante back from him and damage him + slow? He did the right play. The first good play is to hit ksante because he is alone and overextending, but once Jarvan enters the pit, being the jungler, having more dmg than ksante and also being way less thanky than ksante, you change the focus and burst Jarvan. You never focus Ksante first unless he is overextending, he can exit when he wants and he tanks for years. Want u do is cc him. Being focus ksant the primary call dosn't mean that if Draven flashed the pit melee u can't change the focus because someone said focus Ksante. You have to understand that the call of focus ksant is because he is alone overextending, not because he is the focus. The moment other champion enters the fight, or ksante leaves, then you have to decide who u focus next. The focus on Jarvan was right in that specific situation.

I am sad... It seems like Bo is the only one who wants to play... Upset cant do much since he is ADC and the rest of the team is straight up protesting. I hope I will never see the other 3 play in the same team ever. I am not saying they are terrible players, but they just dont work togetther and Bo has literallly nobody to play with.

I have been playing in a fair amount of teams, and Bo is talking perfect amount. Not to much, stops talking when others give info, but also trying to keep the communications up. ALSO ALSO he keeps the communication in a good "speed" not fast when nothing happens but quick and concise when in fights to give quick info. Also also also, Bo is the ONLY one who seems to try to pep his team, everyone else sounds like they are depressed as hell. Except for upset, he just seems calm.

-Bo is always communicating. -Upset is asking questions so his teammates with the agency answer them and talk, even the "Akali no tp? why arent we fighting?" is asking to Saken and Targamas to talk or engage. -Cabo has look way better at it compared to week 1, and 90% of it is him saying "Im going on X" or talking about how he will join with TP, which is most of his agency anyways. -Saken is playing really well, but he should be talking about where he is aiming so the team (Bo) can talk him into where he should be looking instead, or they can all shift the focus to where Saken is going. Bo and Upset are figting for their life in comms. You can say Bo stands out because most he's speaking is filler, and Upset is saying and asking the right things. But if Bo didnt talk they wouldnt have a plan, and if Upset didnt ask things it feels the other 3 wouldnt be thinking about what they should be doing. Seeing this makes me think they are obviously training and targeting voicecomes specially with how much more communicative Cabo was, and Saken is trying to talk about how he is going to move inside fights and talking to Bo about if he can or cant follow, but where is Targamas? Now i want to go see what was like G2 comms, now we know why they had to play perma enchaters bot, and maybe Flakked was way more important than anyone gave him credit in that botlane, be it communication or engaging (not in the "go in" in game kind of way) with Targamas so he was more talkative.

He wants to look for a flank angle and he wants his team to play slow so that he can engage and then his team collapses on his picks. NOT A SINGLE WORD. And when he does engage it's this small ass barely audible "look here look here"? Bruh if there weren't subtitles I wouldn't have known he said anything at all. That play could have went INFINITELY better with communication. You give that exact same position from 18:02 onwards T1 and they wipe Vitality clean without contest, and a large portion of that isn't even the mechanics. Engaging is a mystery puzzle. They need to disc uss how to solve the mystery given the situation they have then execute per plan. You simply cant just guess based on instinct alone. Targamas and Bo need to talk together or its never gonna work

Yes you can. In fact that's exactly what all great players in every sport to have ever been created do. They polish their instincts. Targamas does not have the instinct. It's actually that simple. Beyond that, he's most likely wintrading. 16:55 targamas goes in and doesn't even use ult within the combo. Is that an instinct problem?
