NA players at every elo think literally ANY form of healing on the enemy team warrants a full morellos buy instead of having the ADC or other AD champ on the team buying an exec for 800g instead 3000g for a worthless item. Enemy AD bought Bork? Get Morellos. Enemy top laner is akali with gunblade? Get Morellos. It's just stupidity. There's nothing special to it.

It's edited from the vod. He can still live view (that is, live comment the games, with a timer on his screen that's synched up to the ingame time), but he can't show the games on his stream. So as a viewer, you watch his stream while watching the game on Riot's youtube in another window. So for youtube, he just takes his vod, and the game vod, and edits them together.

Nah, it's the decision making i.e macro calls, that's more responsible for results, rather than some bs 'shopkeeper talk'. If teams can buy 'good' or 'bad' items and win, but in other games make bad decisions on the map that end up causing them to lose the baron/dragon soul and lose solely of that, it's pretty clear that one is much more important than the other. I would struggle to find 1 match where a single item lost the game for a team, but I could give you any NA LCS game as an example of how bad macro calls will cost you the game.
