I just bake these yesterday. Super buttery and the texture was soft and melting in mouth. As for the choc and Matcha flavour, I think next bake I will reduce the powder to half 😁

Hello! I tried your recipe today it was really good! Thank you for sharing. One thing though, is the shape didnt really maintain well after baking it in the oven. Any tips of having the shape to maintain even after baking in the oven?

Did you chill in the fridge for 15mins prior to baking? I find that the step is really crucial.

Can mix instant coffee powder with abit of water to get thick consistency. But still recommended to use coffee emulco inside got sugar and thick consistency

@@iwen777 hi, if use this Nescafe instant coffee powder, still same formula 10g of powder then add a bit of water & icing sugar need add some more instead of 38g only to cover the bitter taste?
