There is simply no value whatsoever in this product. Most people will have a better camera sitting around in a drawer or can get one for a tiny sum in the form of an older smartphone or digital compact camera. The only challenge in that approach will be the possibly rather worn battery but that can be worked round, especially in devices that can be externally powered. Even the front camera in a modern budget smartphone is likely a better camera than this.

The low res video was far better than I had expected. The white balance is weird though, as is the extremely aggressive noise reduction. It has a surreal painterly feel to the images. The """flash""" cracked me up, seems much more fair just to call it a top mounted torch! Would you consider doing a video on one of the other weird fake DSLRs available online? The more I watched, the more I thought "This is going to be the same inner as the cheap dash cams being sold on various sites for the last nine or ten years. And sure enough it is the same equipment repurposed, and then sold for three times the price. I imagine there will be people that buy this for a child because of the price. But picture/video quality this bad will sap the joy from a child when they see the results. A fairly decent second hand compact camera from a good brand should be easy to find for a similar price. How Wish still gets people buying from them - when it is clear that sellers just lie through their teeth - is beyond me.

The first digital camera I bought used in probably the mid 90s was horrible and did like vga quality, and a slightly larger mode. Considering it was probably one of the first consumer cheap cameras anyone could buy I was ecstatic to get it. It didn't even use any type of memory card and took like 16 pictures at max resolution which was probably about 800x600. It did video at very low res as well, no zoom at all, fixed focus. Later I got the next generation update that used a weird ceramic looking memory card that was common back then and disappeared in a few years. It was slightly better resolution and had slight digital zoom. That one was probably slightly better than that thing and was still fixed focus. I mostly used my old film DSLR back then and used it for posting on the net easily and quick pet and pictures of stuff I needed to remember like car parts and how things went together so if I was hunting parts or needed to put something back together I could look at the screen to double check. After that I got a deal on a Sony nice point and shoot that did 4 meg, and a while after that a nice Canon digital rebel XT and have continued upgrades as deals came up. Things have certainly progressed a ton since I started...

Actually, infrared lens is probably one of the only claims that has a hint of truth to it. 10:39 those Numbers are probably actually correct, but they'fe definetely not at all impressive. The millimeter rating (in this case falsely labelled "L") is the focal length. Small focal lengths are wider than larger focal lengths. 9,8mm is suuuper wide, so if the image is zoomed in, that means the sensor is miniscule. The Aperture rating is the ratio between the focal length and the lens opening. The higher the number, the smaller the opening. 9,88mm / 5 < 2mm

Remember those one-time-use camera we used to have back 20 years ago? Was a brilliant hazzle free thing back then. Before that you could get cheap cameras its not that but having to go buy the right film rolls & fiddle around with them inside the camera was extra work. But then it reached a point where cameras got so cheap that you could just buy a "premade" camera with a film roll inside for just a few bucks in vendingmachines. Super nice if you was a turist, just snap pictures left & right without being worried about getting it stolen. You could always just buy one more too. Then back home again just hand in the whole camera to you local photo store for developement. I guess this is basicly the digital same (except not adverticed the same). Then again standards is higher today so you wouldnt even take one of these with you on vacation. But if you have to take pictures of the alligators in a flooded basement in a iron smelting building on top of a vulcano during a hurricane perhaps.

Seems like some kinda dashcam software. Cyclic Record probably means it will record in 10 minute clips (or whatever you set it to) and overwrite the oldest one when card is full.

If you really want a P&S camera, you can find a used Lumix LX2 for the same price. No FullHD video, but 16:9 sensor, 720p video solid and Leica glass. Beautiful pictures after a bit of digital pampering on the computer, still better than any phone camera.

I just realized that the startup chime is the same as some Sony(or Casio Exlim) digital camera

Geez, i remember having a dashboard camera with the same menu as this one. Same starting sound, same 320x240 resolution, same 2000's ish phone sensor... No joke here. Cost me around 5€ or something.

If you look at photos on shopping page, you can already see it has no zoom range. There is only one value. So it's already proof something is not wrong there. I think it's more cheap action camera in big DSLR housing.

A Canon 1D mark II released in 2004 an 8MP professional digital camera did have and audio recording function which to my knowledge was liked by photo journalist and other who could add descriptions of the photos/scenes or whatever. It didn't shoot video thou. I can only imagine one use of those fake wish cameras as an props to some low budget video scene where they needs to break those or otherwise needed to be mishandled/destroyed. Probably cheaper than real prop cameras or used real ones.

For the amount of work you put in the videos you deserve more subs and views man
