Fantastic video as always. Extremely helpful! These are my big take aways. 1. Whatever you are doing, turn the camera on. 2. KZbin wants clicks and watch time. 3. Orient your thumbnails to scrollers not subscribers. 4. Thumbnails should utilize curiosity, contrast, conflict, and controversy. Thumbnails don't need all but do need some. 5. The title of the video should clarify the thumbnail and enhance the 4 items said above. 6. Make an objective based goal as apposed to an outcome based goal. Focus on posting videos consistently and you will get better. 7. Don't over estimate what you can do in a year and don't under estimate what you can do in 10. Tips: - You want at least 75% of the viewers to stick around past the 30 second mark. - "If a dog barks at the moon, no one notices. If the moon barks at the dog, everyone notices" Don't deal with Haters. Action Steps: - Read the KZbin Formula by Derral Eves. - Watch Myrens top performing videos he mentioned at the end of the video. See what he does, examine the titles, thumbnails, and take notes. Great video. In my opinion being a KZbinr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting, and I have to say that Famester is really helpful to kick start your channel and increase your presence from beginning. I doubt I would be so successful without it.

Hey Dr. Golden, I wanted to say thank you and God Bless you for the potent teachings that you bring daily. Also, I wanted my comment to mark the day my "financial life" changed forever. At 60 years of age and having two young sons, 15 & 7, I have been praying for an opportunity that I can do from home and not be away from family. Today I watched your video about "6-Figures 1st Year on KZbin" and was blown away! I won't go into too much detail right now, but one day when I meet you, I'll refer back to this comment on June 20, 2023, the day that I set in motion my 10-year plan. Uncle Myron (yes, you’re my wealthy uncle now), thank you for convicting me with this video. I’ve been on KZbin since August 2008 when a MySpace friend told me that I should vlog on KZbin due to my blog following. The video that went viral was from something that I do every morning: get my disabled daughter out of bed. That’s it. I literally got her out of bed and into her wheelchair. The other was a hair video. I turned on monetization and was paid at least $700/month until KZbin shifted. The other day I was praying about consistent revenue and today I came across this video of yours. I watch your videos faithfully but missed this one until now. I’m getting back to “turning the video on” with my daughter and do my part so that my prayers can be answered. Thank you 🙏🏾 always!

@@KennyMaximum (edited because I thought you said 10 years, not 10 days) I've been working on my book for a few months, but even more now since I was in a car accident back in April and not been working during rehab on my shoulder. As for the KZbin channel I've already been building up a back catalog (of roughly 3-4 videos ahead) that I can release on a schedule, rather than dropping all the videos at once. This way I can get more efficient at the process of production, so I can maintain the schedule or even add to it later. I think being out of work for a few months has actually worked in my favor, by creating a bit more time to attend to things without dividing my time as much.

He's right the 10 years did go by and I still haven't uploaded any videos. I have the cameras, the lighting, the know-how yet I still have not gotten around to do it. I am busy with my business but that's no excuse for not starting something that I enjoy so much.

KZbin did good to recommend your video, because I am realizing your content is one I can relate to as a faith based person and also one in the market place.
