I love these workouts, great energy and I love the mix of excessives with kick boxing and abs. I only got my bag recently and these workouts are making me really love it!

Thanks, Robert! Our main focus is our gym in Boca Raton, Fl. Plus, we are currently in the process of building a 2nd location.So our time has been a little torn lately. I promise though, we will get back to making more workout videos soon! :)

not for me, no music, I also don't like the ab work in between sets, not energizing.

I can see it from your point of view, but sometimes you need to spice up your workout methods too. Abs are must as it helps to strengthen core and hey! these lovely people are very enthusiastic, happy and smiling every time. Is that not what it counts? Much love and best wishes!
