Also a Boxing Trainer .. and I LOVE this trainer. He is an excellent instructor with great teaching skills, awesome technique and knowledge and just the right amount of humour to temper those moments of hard work. Great combos. Great workout structure. I take a lot of inspiration from these videos into my own classes. Thank you so much iX3 and please keep those videos coming. Great work!! :)

So I did this workout yesterday without a bag although I have one but I have not set it up since i moved to Texas, anyways I am hurting today. Yes this is a great total body workout indeed!!!

they have 7 of these 40 to 45 min kickboxing workouts, I do one each day of the week, I skip the warm-up as I do 30 mins of cardio prior to this, I have been doing that for about a month and realize there's a lot of time wasted in between exercises due to dude explaining shit, I wrote down the combinations/exercises, set a timer on my phone and I fly to thru them while listening to my own favourite music, not only I'm finished sooner but the faster pace adds to the intensity, don't get me wrong IM NOT COMPLAINING but after doing it for a while I was getting bored...
