Sista Iyanla is a Christian. She as others do in there Religion may practice a Higher Consciousness.....about themselves and may be others. I know her personally and she masked behind nothing. She is always a work in progress as me and other people who want to work on themselves.. work on yourself and just make sure YOU straight...emotionally stable to handle your purpose. Iyanla is still a hurting individual who masks her pain behind the deception of a false sense spirituality and self-empowerment. These ideals stem from New Age philosophies and post modern humanism. The bible says "whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also." 1 John 2:23 Jesus says "I AM, the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father accept through Me." John 14:6 If Iyanla wants to obtain forgiveness for her sin, it is not too late. Because forgiving yourself is only one small piece of the bigger picture. One must first ask God for forgiveness because it is He who made us. And we not only sin against others consequentially, but sin against God jurisdictionally. And the only way to obtain true forgiveness, (not partial forgiveness), is to accept Jesus Christ into your heart. Jesus is God. And as stated earlier when someone rejects Jesus Christ as God, they reject God the Father. God is three persons in one. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Iyanla is mistakingly calling every event and living thing God, while rejecting the deity of Jesus Christ. She is attempting to be spiritual through self-realization. But to reject Jesus as God, yet adopting his spirituality "higher consciousness" is to misunderstand the nature of God, which is why you believe what you believe which leads to preaching what you preach." I will be praying against your ministry but for the saving of your soul!

It seems that a lot of people mix up religion with spirituality. Religion is man made. And to me, spirituality comes from the heart. God, Allah, Buddha, Yahweh, whoever is your Deity, your Maker will judge your heart. Take care not to become too righteous where you could fall hard and fast. We have only to look at our behaviors rather than those of others.💚
