I'm trying to build a public persona that is wiser and more stable.... so I'm "gentle, gentle" as Tracee Ellis Ross says. I didn't create this pattern of struggle overnight, and my family and I aren't going to undo the pattern of "crazy" overnight, either!!! Plus....
