My Dad has been such a much today but I still love him! He doesn't understand the cost of living and expects his rent to stay fixed no matter how much my costs as a landlord increases. UGH! Such a much! I'm already contributing to his rent and I refuse to deplete my cup to overcompensate for others financial short falls ANYMORE! I've done this all my life for my family UNTIL TODAY! I am working on healing and filling my own cup now. TI'm happy to share once my cup runneth over but until then, THIS IS MY TIME!

Thank you so much for all your wisdom and teachings so smart and proud of you get some rest and refresh. I enjoyed my grandchildren so much had fun constant teaching love listening etc now they are young adults and they say grandmother I remember everything you teach me and the fun and funny things and appreciate. I remember these things some times they would roll their eyes or say grandma when will we be finish and I would say well let me think so it took a while they say grandma are you finish yet and I say yes and that was it. Demetra Gibson My heart goes out to you, Demetra. ❤️ Grief takes on so many forms, and your process is your own. My mother passed 2 years ago and the worst wave so far came at the 1 year mark. “How to Survive the Loss of Love”-This book helped normalize grief in all forms...not feeling normal. It helped articulate experiences and emotions/lack of that I didn’t know could come. God Bless you & hold you close.
