So great explnations Teacher...I have one doubt....I've learned to do sirsasana with the palms together, is it wrong or you are just giving other instruction to try different aproach?

By palms together, do you mean the hands are squeezing into one another? If yes, that's not the way we do it in Iyengar Yoga. There is space between the wrists for your head :). The challenge is to do this while still keeping your wrists upright.

❤I have been trying to get this without kicking my legs, hard, using momentum rather than body to get myself into the headstand. I literally did it on the first try using your way. Thank you so much I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong and I’m so excited. Thank you!
