It depends: the battles are so quick that you can play 2 or 3 instead of 1 normal battle! If you can do a good amount of dmg you can get 70 or 80k credits in 2 minutes with boosters....but thats only my opinion :D

Play a premium tank with the cheapest standard ammunition. Doesn't matter if you don't load gold. Your aim is to farm credits. I get 60-80k every games sometimes 100k even if it's defeated. My ammunition only cost 2-4k per game. Add to that the fact that the games are so fast. You're gonna make 1m credits in an hour or less

The reason why you make less credits than expected is because the cost of repairing your tank goes up with more hp. It’s the same issue as tier 10 onslaught except you can actually turn a profit every battle.

Everyone uses premium tanks like skoda and bourrasque so yea its recommended.

There are many tech tree tanks which are quite powerful in this mode. AMX 50 100, Caernarvon, RHM, SMV 67, and all tracked light tanks are all good. Players are playing premium tanks because it is easy to farm credits.

Credits are strangely low???? I got like a 5.5 k dmg game and only got like 160000 credits with a profit of 100000. I even had a booster on. Does that not seem low compared to a random que game at 5.5 k dmg?

No everyone can play it. Most premium tanks are more competitive than tech tree tanks though, same as in random battles on tier 8. However, there are many tanks that aren't special in randoms that are interesting here because of their abilities.

I think for you as a unicum the mod is perfect and fun, because you compensate for the bad players with your skills but as a normal player the mod is a disaster

0:38 These 2 reasons you mentioned are exactly why I don't like this mode. 1. It doesn't effect your stats. So what's the motivation to play it then? It's all for nothing anyways... 2. Learning new tactics. Yeah, but what tactics? Those onslaught tactics are worthless in random games. And there is soooo much to learn still in random games. So many tanks, types of tanks, maps, positions, types of play, and combination of those things. Learning now completely new game tactics and strategies that doesn't really affect the random games that I play almost exclusively is just not worth it for me. And yeah, I'm in my 40s now, my brain is not so eager to learn new tricks anymore. :)

Have you check how much you earn in real? On lost battles.. is much much less than in randoms. In 12 battles i won.. once and get only 61k Unfortunetly to many lost to call this mode fun or credit making. You are probably only 1 UA player.. who knows that tank can shoot ;p

Its another game. The worse parte of the game is balancing. They simply make it even worse. I do not see any fun on this. I saw just the intention to postpone natural obligations while offering shit to distract players in something that is not the core of the game and will evaporate in the air letting a shit game behind. A horrible mode with all the same flaws as the tier X. Also WG reduced credits earned so now you earn less than in randoms in this piece of kako mod. You don't need skill or brain to play this, just pick OP tanks and hold W. No strategy or thinking at all. All games last like 3 min.

I can’t possibly think of a worse comment to make on this!! Almost all highly competitive players love Onslaught Lite. It has a far higher skill cap than random battles and involves a lot of strategy and tactics you need to employ much more quickly than you do in the random queue. Believe me, you have not seen sweaty until you play an Onslaught game with nothing but 10,000+ WTR players in it. This mode is *anything* but holding down W in an OP premium vehicle. Anyone who thinks Onslaught is braindead clearly hasn’t even reached Gold tier and also doesn’t play in competitive game modes outside of pubs. You need to do yourself a favor and make a 7-player Onslaught Lite platoon with friends you know are good at playing, then hop on voice chat and start strategizing!

@@trogdortamer48 I reached gold on tier X shitslaught and I am 9100 wtr player with 3800 60 day recent wn8 and still this mode seems like complete shit to me. Idk how you strategize with random bots in battles that last 3 mins and the spotting system doesn't work. I played hwk 30 yesterday, it is so stupid that i can just spot anyone anywhere on the map with a plane (it needs so much skill to do). 7 players is not enough for such big maps therefore there is a lot of free space but you can't use it because until you manage to flank your enemy your team is already dead. Also you need a special equipment setup for this mode, like radio on the light for example, but i can't do that because my setups are made for randoms and I cannot demount equipment for free. Full spotting setup is useless in this and my damage setup doesn't have a radio because only a QB enjoyer would play radio on LT in randoms.

@iyouxintwitch the standard SEA level of selfish gameplay and the tourist tankers, in 7 v 7 you really need to work together and on the Asia server that does not really happen, it would be fun if they made it 15 v 15 so it's not so dependant on single performance, I'm an average player and I like to play for fun, and th8s mode is not fun for me, I would rather play Frontline any day. Thanks for your videos iyouxin, they have helped me play better, your knowledge of the game mechanics is fully indepth I'm really enjoying your long format with spin the wheel tank choice. A challenge for you, play with one of your subscribers and help them 3 mark a tank of there choice, I don't know it might make for som good content? maybe.

@@iyouxin SIR I have re-evaluated my position on onslaught and found tanks that support my average game play style, I IMPLORE you sir to play some onslaught with the NEMESIS as it has !420! alpha, it is a medium so it has GOOD movement, dispersion, accuracy, cammo and the winner for me is the turret that bounces a heck of a lot of hvy rounds plus and the as an honorable mention is the KV-4 KTTS as its armor works well in this mode and people have forgotten where to shoot it, please play these two underrated tanks and give your verdict, just play what others think as the worst tanks tier 8 in onslaught and show others that you can actually look and smell like shit yet produce flowers!
