On the Pershing part where you said it isn’t as bad to play, keep in mind this is the buffed Pershing, before the buff the gun have 190 penetration and worse gun handling, not only gun hit like a wet noodle it can’t even fly straight. The only good stats on the tank was the view range and every other stats is subpar to the other medium.

I liked the Pershing when it was top tier. It's not even the same tank anymore. They changed that a long time ago. Kind of made me laugh when you said 'buffed.' They probably put it back to what it was.

Very enjoyable and useful video. Thank you! I am 100% free-to-play on and off for 10 years and currently at the M46 and M103 at Tier 9, plus some other lines are at Tier 8. My first Tier 10 will probably be the T110E5... but you have me considering to grind for the M48 first. The big takeaway from this video is I should fire more premium ammo. I will make a point to try it. Thanks!

The T20 has really low DPM but the gun handling is on par with the T44, really crisp and snappy

What?? I play American MT's right now and by far not true, very fake information. I load gold ammo on heavies and some heavily armored mediums or tds, but besides that i use normal ammo. Sounds like skill issue from your side.

I love love LOVE the M26 Pershing, even before it's most recent buff. I like to play tanks with good gun depression so playing the Pershing wasn't hard for me at all. Three marking the tank was expensive, but overall not too hard.

Some of my favorite mid-tiers are on that line. But... at the same time, the M46 is still the worst stock grind I've ever done, as stock vs elite is night and day. Type 61 or Cent 7/1 get like 3500 DPM with the stock guns. This back in the day had 1700 with the 90mm, and IIRC it's not much better today. It's the only time I've thought "oh shit a Comet" in a tier 9 once.

I have 3 marks on t57 and e4 already got 2 on 60tp and mino but i cant get second mark on m48 it is really difficult for me to cath the balance between safe and aggressive play, brought action x not long ago and it fills SOOO much better

This line and Cen line almost mirror match of each other. Fun tier 5, 6, 7 trash tier 8, tier 9 stock makes you lose hair and tier 10 is all purpose somewhat armored tanks. Except now the Cen is now better in every scenario.

It was first medium line I grinded. And boy I regret that - slow, not armored with low pen on standard ammo (and without premium tanks to grind credits at that time). I've learnt to find ways to pen my shots at least thanks to that, but even then I was thinking "wtf is the point of this line? to appeal to US and milk them, since they can afford to pay for gold ammo more?". Now I only like tier 9 a bit, probably beause I've got used to it thanks to playing it a lot back then (I don't remember much about T20, as tier 6 I've used jumbo - at the time it was available alternative for E8). Tier 10 beside view range, ammo selection and looks is a sad joke gathering dust in garage, waiting for buffs. The fact that there is plenty of heavies faster that it is without equipment difference or gimmicks like rockets already shows how bad it is.

Tbf i think M48 is good but its just totally dominated by cent ax. Like the armour on both is equally meaningless and cent is just faster with a better gun. solid video tho

Yeah 100%. Tbh I think it would be interesting if wg buffed the hull armor on the Patton to make it more tanky but slower than the cent

I mean ever since they buffed centurion’s gun handling to be the same as m48 and dpm got buffed to 7.5 rounds a minute (same as the old stb), I just don’t see any reason to play with this tank

HAahhahahahaahaa, that's a good one! To anyone falling for this trap - DON'T! This line is pure garbage, especially tier X. You can stop at tier VII and call it a day - ANYTHING ABOVE is trash and not worth your time or money! It's funny how some M48 fanboys in community try to defend it with "oh, but it has great viewrange and gun handling..." NO, IT DOESN'T. Viewrange is nothing, when literally everything can outspot you thanks to your "camouflage". And gun handling? Don't make me laugh, that thing can't hit fully aimed shots at 150 meters! Who cares that you can get a nice snapshot from time to time? The gun is UNRELIABLE - I can't ever be sure if this time it will pen or even hit or not.

Lowest moe of any tier 10 med; at the bottom or near the bottom of every single statistical category, from wn8, to dpg, to win rate, etc, etc, etc. Of course the players that chose to play it are subpar, but doesn’t that mean the good players have left the vehicle long ago when it’s nerfed, and the only ones that are left playing it are the people are incapable of choosing better tanks to play?
