Thanks! If it wasn't December (and if I had proper antennas) I'd be getting more distant stations. I did get a Brazilian amateur radio operator though, the PY one :)

That was surely interesting, but I tend to avoid these old radios since it could take much longer to "see the light" if the faults are scattered on multiple boards :)
