I figured it out in about two games. Once I did, I could tell I was confusing tf outta people. Saved my entire team once. Got caught in nagatos ult and I popped it as soon as I saw the statue, ten seconds later my team was back. So yeah, you can revive the dead.

I believe I figured this últ out. First option without using second command will reset the opposition twice and each time resets their ninjutsu while filling your team and your own ninjutsu and heals your team and yourself a bit. You can use the second option when you are getting beaten up to escape while it removes buffs from opposing team and removes negative ailments on your team

The only difficult thing about is whether or not you want to take the negative status ailments away from your team with the 2nd activation or let the 1st stage take it's course and reset your enemies. Personally I prefer using this ult to count koto and mist along with reviving my fallen comrades. This is a IQ dlc for IQ healers

Little tip for anyone who doesn’t know… if u press r2 at the exact same time as square while landing a prior jump, you’ll be able to quick jump following that without your character putting his hand down to land, makes jump dashing moves op in my opinion. Maybe also try putting your camera at 10 hope this helps someone.

Izanami resets time by 3-4 times so only use the second part if your teammates are dead and you want them alive

If you want it to loop people twice then you press up on the d-pad once, and they will reset ten seconds later and then 15 seconds after that. Once they reset the first time you'll have the option to press up on the d-pad again to stun all enemies and nullify their buffs, and revive all allies and nullify their debuffs. The second activate also resets enemy ninjutsu, and restores all your allies ninjutsu.

You should cast it before they start attacking. Because 10 second after you cast it, the enemies will go back to their positions when you first pushed the button. I actually have a new video that explains how to use the jutsu 😁
