“If you want to see who a person really is, don’t give them what they want.” Izzy proved this adage to be 💯% true when Stacey told him “No.” at the alter. For him to immediately lapse into “You’re 33 years old and still single!” and “Keep dating 45-year-old men and having failed relationships!” said it ALL. Izzy either needs to be validated by a marriage or is looking for a woman to use and live off or both. Another huge red flag was his energy for Johnie and going in on her long after becoming engaged to someone else. And saying he was “turned on” by Stacey being mean to Johnie was indicative of serious emotional issues. Forget a bullet, Stacey dodged a heat-seeking missile. 😅

skeptical of izzys story since his track record isn't great with the truth. he said johnnie told him she loves him 4 times and she asked him to be her boyfriend - we never saw that happen. he lied by ommission to stacy about his finances. he said he was a romantic and would do all these things for stacy - he didn't. I don't really believe him at this point 🤷‍♀️

Even in this interview.. he is asked why he talked to Lydia and Johnie and he says he's just a big communicator then minutes later says producers told him to have that conversation

Wait one minute! Did Izzy just say that he has not only run into some of the “lost and found” girlfriends (one night stands…allegedly), and that he is still friendly with them? If so, he absolutely lied to Stacey. Ex: When Stacey asked Izzy whether he knew who any of the “lost and found” women are, he said NO repeatedly. Granted, the way that Stacey and her family seemed to be preoccupied with Izzy’s ability to create wealth, especially given that it was clear (in my opinion) that he was not at the financial standard that they preferred, was a tad bit cringe worthy. It would have been less awkward if they had just discussed it privately. Because let’s face it, Izzy lied about his finances. Lastly, I hated the way that Izzy and Stacey verbally attacked Johnni at the cast meet up. It was disgusting, mean, and evil. And Izzy still doesn’t get that what he did to Jonni was deplorable because he says, “I don’t regret calling her out on the truth” seconds after he admits that he based his anger towards her on gossip and rumors from “several” cast members. Izzy didn’t have the decency and respect to ask questions and wait for Johnni to respond. Instead, he kept cutting her off, telling her what she said and/or thought, and yelling “according to everybody you are a horrible person.” Bully behavior. Izzy is one of the weakest examples of a person I’ve ever seen on Love Is Blind, and Stacey is not much better. I pray that they will do better in the future.

Asking about your finances isnt materialistic. No one rich or poor wants to be with a man that lies or hides debt. People are married to individuals with bad credit, large debt etc but be honest about it.

🤔everyone judeges izzy on his finances but Izzy comes from a single mom house hold. You can tell she doesn’t even speak English that well. So let’s just ignore the fact that Stacy is rich because of generational wealth and had her father make better financial choices. Nobody knows this man’s struggles. He’s getting back on he’s feet.
