They were only 5 to 6 cm high. I have similar ones for years, (ok I’m a latin dancer), but it‘s easy when you have a good balance and footwork as a dancer. Sure beginners can have problems with them but some years ago she had similar shoes for a competition at the Show Dance Moms. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Latin shoes are quite comfortable, better than real heals. She had 5‘1 or 6‘2 heels, so they are 5,5 cm or 6 cm high. It is easy when you have a good balance as she have and good footwork. I dance latin since 2012 (when I turned 15) and have 5,5 cm heels and since 2 weeks 6 cm. You can have 7,8 or 10 cm heels as well but I think that they are uncomfortable and sometimes the dancers can‘t stand and dance in them. Also she had a competition at ALDC with heels on and was trained to dance in heels - we never saw this but they wouldn‘t do a dance on heels when they didn‘t learnt it. I don‘t know which season but they had red dresses and there was a ballet bar on stage. She is talented and trained. It was quite unfair against other „stars“ but I like her and she did a great job.

For all the people saying she had an advantage, she didn't. She actually had a disadvantage, because she was never trained in ballroom, which is very different for what she did on dance moms. So she had to relearn things because her previous training is very different from ballroom, which in the long run makes it harder.

A lot of people complained about her experience but she did choreography 10x harder than any other couple and danced IN HEELS the whole time and I personally think the judges were wayyy more critical of her bc of their high expectations. So overall the playing field was pretty level.

They did sooo good. I’ve seen a lot of people saying they should’ve won, and, I see where those opinions are coming from since they were the favourite to win right from the very beginning. My opinion is that yes, they were really good and they deserved it, but so did everyone else, when you got right into it and really watched, it was anybody’s game because everyone was so good, and honestly, sky and jt were amazing and really deserved that, and sky has a very empowering story. I know that not everyone will agree with me and that’s fine, this is just my view on it. And honestly, Kenzie and sage were so good together and gleb was like a father figure to Kenzie the whole time which was amazing for her. And come on, when they were dancing all together, they were on fire, they were like a family❤️

All the finalists were Amazing, personally I would of been happy if any of those 4 won. They all deserved it and their journey's from the start of the show to the finale were all incredible to watch. Every single one of them improved and had such great connections with their partners and mentors. All in all Dancing with the stars Junior's was a big hit, can t wait for season 2

Ok I love Maddie but as a trained, competitive Hip-Hop and Jazz dancer I always got more joy watching Kenzie dance!
