That island already brings more money that Caras Arion xD Once you secure Stronghold, build an Armory and upgraded to is second tier, so that way you can move Prince Brand and his forces, and keep the settlement. Also, don't forget to built a Great Hall in Dale, so you can get more recruitment spots, since it will be your recruit center for a future war in the North. And finally, upgrade the armor of you units, especialy you infantry, so they can put a fight againts the golden boys of Rhun and the heavy armor orcs of Gundabad. And prepare you forces in the border with Dol'Guldur... I'm pretty sure they will attack in any moment.

Block the Rhun ports to stop trade and stop send army by sea

You should focus on controlling the town center rather than trying to kill the golden boys in the sieges. It will be quicker since you units have such low attack. Also save movey to upgrade Neburkah so it gets better walls and towers.

Nice, if you destroy all ports and ships on the coast the island will be impregnable, you won't even need a garrison. BTW: for a negative backlash wait for a bigger community, you'll have all you can dread of that Edit: you're pissed and you raid from the sea, yep, you're a viking ;) Double edit: isn't there like another city of Rhûn above Elgaer ?

Good going. Although you should know better by now: First destroy the towers. You had siege towers and a ram on the assault on Neburka. Why waste good ballista ammo on the wall and then, even more inexplicably, stop shooting whilst you still had ammo left? You could have easily taken out all three towers and then just ignored those defenders until they'd come down from the walls, and your losses would have been just a fraction. Also, try to get the naval supremacy and then KEEP it. Any Easterling ship on the Sea of Rhun or Celduin should be hunted down and sunk. You don't want a sudden stack of Easterlings to land on Neburka and take it while you are out raiding, or worse, getting your reinforcement stack or your main army stack sunk.
