Hi Alan, allow me to be candid: your review is incomplete if there is floor plan analysis. Why don't you do the review after floor plan is out? It would be much wholesome/insightful to deliver a complete review in end October (during launch) together with floor plans, instead of rushing out this "review" (with much public information) a month before launch. Besides, when doing SWOT here, timing of market is a "threat", not a "weakness", just to be academically precise.

Most new homes floor plans are identical anyway. its either that open concept kitchen or dumb bell layout. can't differ much anyway. as for the timing. i appreciate your feedback. well noted on that.

Why buy Jurong at $2300 to $2500psf? Lol. Can easily get resale at redhill, bishan, Tiong Bahru, serangoon, Toa payoh at cheaper price etc. Jurong always industrial sites air is bad. Alot of foreign workers sitting next to Jcube during evening. Some r drank. U rather tell people u stay Tiong Bahru or Jurong? Lol So what even it is on office site, Buona Vista also on office site but price move not much.

true. but new homes only offer during a certain time. once sold. no more already. so it depend on alot of factors. if prices is reasonable. still can consider.

Great sharing, always appreciate your effort .. those who had made KZbin videos before know it’s not easy even if the video may look simple. I predict launch day performance of 60% to 70% sold. I think the location especially just beside the MRT will be a big plus point. And even though the economy/market isn’t looking good, i don’t think it’s difficult to find 100 to 200 buyers with cash to splash. Was watching a video a couple weeks ago. This highly successful guy was commenting about Singapore property. It’s no longer a sellers market but a buyers market .. just look at the number of available units/inventory out there. Should buy when the market is “bad” if money is available and project is good. When the market is good, you think the price will drop and good project/units will be available ? I think that guy makes a lot of sense. 😊

Market bad. If developer sell cheap also can buy. Caspian by keppeland in jurong was a good example... Back to resale market. If market turn bad. Buy the best property among the rest.
