Mats nileskär : the interviewer from swedish radio. Hes radioshow is called P3 soul. He is a master. The best at what he does in the world ever . In my opinion atleast . He has interviewed the most of them. You can judge for youre selves. Hes Done interviews with people like isaac hayes, curtis mayfield, gil scott heron, mf doom, tupac , sly from the family stone. And alot of others.

good question, i think it wasn't done too long after but I'm not sure. I know for a fact alot of the donuts beats he did were done at least ayear before he died, some were on beattapes
@TheMattmatic3 жыл бұрын
Mats sometimes makes new episodes, updated with new music but using interviews with the artists that he did earlier. So that might be the case here. For example, he interviewed MF DOOM 2 or 3 times, KMD era, and later on and made one episode out of it later. He goes back to his archives a lot

This is interesting, this interview was supposedly from 2003 (according to the title) and there are a couple of tracks played from Donuts which was released in 2006 and supposedly worked on in 2005. Either those tracks were already composed well in advance of the album’s release or the dating of this interview is off. Either way it’s a great listen. Thanks for uploading 👍
