This is the Big Rigs: Over the Hill Racing of the RTS genre. I WISH it came back to Steam! I remember when it was brand new on Steam when it was released in April 2009. In some way it does have a cult following where one of the images was used in Everlasting Summer.

Big Rigs is the perfect comparison! What a terrible game. I love it. I can't believe and am not surprised that there is a cult following. I'm actually a little afraid to play Eastern European games a the moment because I might notice some references I hadn't before.
