I'm watching most of these teachers struggle physically to do good technique. If someone asked me, which they won't 😀, I think they should hold an event in which each of these teachers puts forward a student of theirs that is younger and in physical prime (under 60) to be representative of what they teach and demonstrate with full vigor and power seen in that school.

Hi ! What Koryu is being performed from minute 48:00 to minute 56:00 ? Is it Muso Shinden Jushin Ryu ????

Yes. The Japanese caption says it is. He starts with Gyakuto btw, but the way he does so is not what you usually see, though we also practice this manner at times. As I am sure you know, Muso Shinden Ryu consists of many many lineages who all do it differently...sometimes slightly, sometimes a lot!

The name is Kusama Akimori, he died in 2000 at age 76. You can find the Dojo's info here (in Japanese): sites.google.com/site/koumyoukan/歴代館長履歴?pli=1

@@mikaelbauer3818 It is not Musō Shinden Jūshin Ryū. Kusama sensei is Musō Shinden Ryū, and the caption says Musō Shinden Ryū too. While his lineage is different to many lines of modern MSR, this is far from from MSJR.
