Pictures are apparently one thing, but videos are concerned “official” content and Jin can’t appear in those. At least that’s what I understand. I just think it’s so sweet Jin used a day to come see Hobi off. I love how much these guys are there for each other! They’ll need it during the separation once they are all enlisted to get through until they can all work together again. Also, can we talk about how much Jin has filled out and buffed up since he started his service? Look at his first pic and the pics from yesterday. His shoulders and neck are so much broader and he’s filling out his uniform better. Good for him! As he says, “next person”! Lol onto the next enlistment please so we can get this done and over with…

They really want to come back as a group in 2025. That's why they're rushing their solo albums and enlisting one by one as soon as their schedules are all done. I'm looking forward for 2025, everything will be amazing once they come back and they'll be free from this military conversation completely

Yeah that was Jin that's why they all screamed so loud and Hobi saluted him but apparently they have rules that active soldier to be shown in programs like this needs approvals etc. The soldier can share some pics from their personal account so that's why I guess Jin just posted the pics on Instagram but cannot be in the group activities on videos

Correction: soldiers cannot make money during their service (like make music and drop it, perform on stage, appear on videos that could be monetized, etc). So basically Jin can be on the photo bc it is not paid content but he cannot be on yt

I think yoongi will start whichever service-military or civil, when he's done with his tour...just not looking forward to all the goodbyes. I noticed that Yoongi didn't really come around the camera this time.. much like the way Jungkook did when Jin enlisted. Sope is one of the most precious friendship in Bangtan. I hope that everyone takes care of themselves.. our happiness booster has enlisted already and we won't be able to see him for some time. I get you. I'm tearing up over a bunch of strangers I'll never meet which is shocking as I don't even cry for sad puppy commercials but when you think to yourself, BTS becomes Namjoon, Yoongi, Hobie, Jin, Jungkook, Taehyung and Jimin... outside tear, no one watching ugly girl cry. Yeah… when Namjoon started crying, I lost it. It’s been hard knowing this has to happen, and seeing Jin off got me as well, but seeing Hobi with that bright smile of his had me done. We have to watch this 5 more times, and each one stings a little more. But through my sadness, I remember that the guys are proud to serve their country, and they will be back in 2025. Gosh I'll definitely miss seeing just them being altogether and looking forward to 2025. At least from what is shown, Yoongi's the quietest this time, last time was JK who legit didn't say a word (on cam). Hobi really is that guy that tries to make the goodbyes lighthearted like that. They ALL are in a very difficult position as there would be immense political pressure for them to look happy and accepting of their enlistment even if they don’t want to go... they can't even say they don't want to go but logically none would want to interrupt their career with military service at this point in their global rise. It is also well know that idols face abuse in the military not only from enlistees but also by officials, many idols do not return after Military service, it isn't a break, it is dam hard work and would be mentally exhausting. BTS should have been given an exemption, they served and contuine to serve there country as global ambassadors, further the 5 Billion income that they bring in to the Sth Korean economy goes a long way to ensure a well financed and thus armed military. I have no respect for the Sth Korean Government or populace, they are very short sighted on the bigger global picture, I very much view Sth Korea in a very negative light, being fundamentally as are most Westerners against mandatory military service.

That was Jin but he can't do anything that can make money. The video gets ad revenue on YT. They can't do anything related to his job outside of the military. Technically he isn't civilian Jin member of BTS right now. Now he is Private Kim Seokjin or whatever his title as assistant trainer affords him. He even had to get permission to post the pic on his socials. Even in the video one of the captions says they are obeying all regulations and rules of the military.

They can't be shown on anything that could be monetized because their job right now is the military and its against the law to have another type of income during that time (from what I remember)! I think of it in a positive way that the quicker they all go, the faster they will be back! From what I've seen of other idols I stan, even the day of their discharge they cannot be shown in things until a certain amount of hours has passed, i think no more than 24 hours?

if you're doing your military service, you cannot work, you can't have income other than your military salary, apparently, so jin cannot do stuff that makes him money while in serving, and since youtube has revenue, he can't be on videos, not even his voice :( I'm guessing that the videos he recorded before leaving are okay, but the members that are serving will not be on camera until they finished their service it will be weird when the last member is leaving and he gotta be alone on the video
