I'm by no means fluent in Icelandic, but what I can gather from the chorus is this: Two pillows But I'm still alone Empty stomach Full head Little has changed Two pillows But I'm still alone Things were about to turn But they hardly changed at all Side note: the word for full also means drunk, so "full head" would be that drunken feeling, using the contrasting wordplay between empty and full. I think the song is mostly about a pining loss of a relationship. If anyone who knows for sure can tell me, let me know.
