Really nice lesson! Thank you! One minor detail is... I think Clapton, Marcella Levy and George Terry are credited with the writing of "Lay Down Sally". To the best of my knowledge, it wasn't written by J.J. Cale, although it does suit his style perfectly.

Jesse was a great player and died way too early. I have a good friend who played with Taj for awhile when he was living in France. I just got the Tele. I think it's a keeper.

You know I did some research and you are right JJ didn't write the song Tulsa time. Danny Flowers did write it and Don Williams sang it before Clapton did. thanks for getting me straighten out on this.
