28:30 is the best statement I have heard from a politician so far. I am far removed from Indian politics having lived abroad for almost a decade now. I did not know what to expect when I started listening but now I know why Mr. Shah is the Home Minister. He has the courage to speak the truth. It’s time people of India and Indian diaspora like me know the truth even more. For how many years have we been told lies? Made to feel like you could not question or point out the truth because you would offend people or great atmas of the country(if you know who all I am talking about) but like he said, you cannot keep truth buried. First everyone should do ITR. Upto 8.0 lakhs must be tax free. Must pay tax after 8-12 Lakhs: 10% 12-16 Lakhs: 15% 16-20 Lakhs: 20% 20-30 Lakhs: 25% 30 Lakhs -above: 30% Government Must & Should respect taxpayers and provide green ration card (above 8.0 Lakhs). Government should provide for their families: Life insurance (10lkpa/person) Health insurance (10lkpa/person) Interest must be 8% on house, vehicle, education loans & 10% on personal loans. 1% money back on all transactions to the Taxpayers.
