I think I did it 2 decades ago ... while trying to understand K's book Freedom from Violence that took me almost a decade, to get through.... The result was not only forgiving myself, but I forgave all, including God.... whatever this "God" might mean (according to K). Beginning that time on, I keep learning on the go. I jump in anything that I know nothing about and keep at it, learning about it, whatever I jumped into. I guess this is too personal.... I am stating ... It has just occurred that in his "observer is observed," the "observer" is not only my past but also my psychology coming through the past, as through the trauma I experienced, I have become neurotic kind of thing. If so, observer, the past is definitely myself. It cannot be separated. I am the observer ... And observed, of course...

Meditation starts where K complete his words. Go into by any method you are interested in. Then listen to K you will understand what K is talking about.

While it's good to see that some participate vigorously into the "dialog", they are very impatient, and it seems that they are talking from previous experience from either K's or from someone else, which means that they take K, as a talking textbook, not a mirror! It feels very frustrating

While practicing transcendental meditation, using mantras of any kind, the questions remain: the problem why people do it or try to do it been solved? Is the mantra practice some kind of self-hypnotising procedures?

Mantra works forget the mantra while uttering. Let the body do it without sound. One day you will find that you are not listening and uttering the mantra. K is talking the same.

It is mechanical and it is not a movement from a place of freedom. There must be nothing between you and Truth. One must even give Krishnamurti up when it finally happens but that was the point all along (it is not his answers but yours). Techniques and methods can give you glimpses but he speaks of an effortless effort. Life is meditation...without Love, there is no meditation. Do not believe these words.
