Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1.5 Spoons
Garam Masala Powder - 3/4 Spoon
Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Sugar - 2 Spoons
Water - 1/2 Cup
For Tikhi Lasan Ni Chutney:
Dry Red Chilly - 4
Garlic - 6 cloves
Black Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Roasted Jeera Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Salt - 2 Pinch
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 Spoon
Water - 1/4 Cup
Special Green Chutney:
1 Cup coriander
Green Chilly - 1
Ginger - 1 inch
Black Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Salt - 2 pinch
Dadiya Dal - 2 Spoons
Lemon Juice - 1 Spoon
Sugar - 1 Spoon
