Looks like that is a Mk. IX, there are no clipped wingtips that are the signature of the Mk. XVI

Spitfire sounds cheap compared to a German db601 on a me109 which ran on 87 octane while British begged America for 150 octane and this is the best they can do? No wonder the British lost WW2 hey you guys need America to bail you out for everything
