Friends, today I am presenting a full thali recipe specially for hot days of summer. During summer everyone must take care during having their meal as, heavy food mostly creates trouble. Light food with tasty options is the best idea for making a satisfactory meal. I made today
(1) Turiya Patra Shaak (Turai Patra Sabji)
(2) Turiya Ni Chhal No Sambharo
(3) Garlic Jeera Khichdi
(2) Mini Masala Bhakri
I hope you would like this traditional thali recipe and try it out at home.

INGREDIENTS
TURIYA PATRA SHAAK
2 Turiya (तुराई)
2 tbsp oil (तेल)
½ tsp mustard seeds (राय)
½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
4-5 garlic cloves (लहसुन)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
⅛ cup water (पानी)
Tomato puree (टमाटर की प्यूरी)
¾ tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
½ tsp coriander cumin powder (धनिया जीरा पावडर)
¾ tsp sugar (चीनी)
Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
TURIYA SKIN SAMBHARO
Turiya Chhal (Skin)
A green chilli (हरी मिर्च)
1 tbsp oil (तेल)
¼ tsp mustard seeds (राय)
¼ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
1 tsp sugar (चीनी)
1 tsp besan (बेसन)
¼ tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
GARLIC KHICHDI
½ cup moong dal rice (मूंग दाल, चावल)
1.5 tbsp pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
5-6 garlic cloves (लहसुन)
Chopped onion (प्याज)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
1.5 cup water (पानी)
MINI BHAKRI
A cup of wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा)
½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
½ tsp white sesame seeds (सफ़ेद तिल)
¼ tsp salt (नमक)
1 tsp oil (तेल)
Water as required (पानी)
Pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
