⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蕃茄煮魚 材料： 鯇魚心（1斤）1個 蕃茄（大）3個 蒜頭5粒（可以不用） 處理： 1. 鯇魚，清水洗乾淨，擎乾水。 2. 蒜頭，去皮。 3. 蕃茄，洗淨，搣去椗，1開4。 4. 預備醬汁： a. 冰糖1大粒 b. 茄汁4湯匙 c. 鮑魚汁1湯匙 加入清水400毫升，攪勻。 烹調： 1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油3湯匙。 2. 爆香蒜頭。 3. 放鯇魚，轉中火繼續煎，一面煎至金黃色，反轉繼續煎。 4. 加入蕃茄，轉大火。 5. 加入醬汁，冚蓋滾起後轉中火，炆10分鐘。 6. 炆了大約12分鐘，用筷子檢查一下魚是否熟透。 7. 完成，上碟，可享用。 Braised grass carp with tomatoes Ingredients: Grass carp (1 catty) 1 No. Tomatoes (large) 3 Nos. Garlics 5 Nos. (optional) Preparation: 1. Grass carp, rinse thoroughly. Drain. 2. Garlics, get them peeled. 3. Tomatoes, get them rinsed. Remove anchors. Divide each tomato into 4 shares. 4. Prepare sauce: a. Rock sugar 1 big cube b. Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp c. Abalone sauce 1 tbsp Add in water 400ml. Mix well. Steps: 1. Heat up oil 3 tbsp at high flame in wok. 2. Fry garlics well. 3. Add in grass carp. Turn to medium flame and continue frying. One side of fish has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying. 4. Add in tomatoes. Turn to high flame. 5. Add in the sauce. Cover up the wok. Turn to medium flame after boils up. Braise for 10 minutes. 6.
