⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 桑寄生蓮子蛋茶 材料: 桑寄生4兩 南棗2兩 黨參2支 蓮子一兩 雞蛋4隻 處理: 1. 桑寄生,清水浸。 2. 蓮子,清水浸30分鐘。 3. 黨參、南棗及雞蛋,清水浸。 4. 洗乾淨煲。 烹調: 1. 在煲內加入清水1.8升。 2. 桑寄生,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,放煲內。 3. 雞蛋,洗乾淨,放煲內。 4. 南棗,洗乾淨,放煲內。 5. 黨參,洗乾淨,剪細粒,放煲內。 6. 蓮子,洗乾淨,放煲內。 7. 大火煲滾,轉中慢火,煲30分鐘,熄火。 8. 取出雞蛋,去殼,放回桑寄生茶內,開大火煲滾,轉慢火,煲15分鐘。 9. 煲好,熄火,焗一小時。 10. 完成,可享用。 Sweet Soup of Mulberry (Sangjisheng), Lotus Seeds and Eggs Ingredients: Chinese taxillus twig 4 taels South jujube 2 taels Codonopsis pilosula 2 Nos. Lotus seeds 1 tael Eggs 4 Nos. Preparation: 1. Chinese taxillus twig, soak in tap water. 2. Lotus seeds, soak in tap water for 30 minutes. 3. Codonopsis pilosula, south jujube and eggs, soak in tap water. 4. Rinse a pot. Steps: 1. Add in 1.8L of water in a pot. 2. Chinese taxillus twig, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Put in the pot. 3. Eggs, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. 4. South jujube, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. 5. Codonopsis pilosula, rinse with tap water. Dice in small cubes. Put in the pot. 6. Lotus seeds, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. 7. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame. Boil for 30 minutes. Turn off fire. 8. Take out the eggs. Remove shells. Put into the soup again. Heat up at high flame. Turn to low flame and boil for 15 minutes. 9. Boil well. Turn off fire. Leave it for an hour. 10. Complete. Serve.
